Designed by Michele De Lucchi, an internationally renowned architect, “IL CENTRO” takes inspiration from the ancient Lombard courts and from the beautiful Villa Valera with its village. The architectural concept is characterized by the system of squares, each with its own identity and all meeting places, in fact it is there that over 200 shops, 30 restaurants, a diagnostic center, a sports center and various play areas are located. The entire structure was designed and built following strict criteria of energy saving and eco-sustainability. The roof made of Glulam stands out above all: a laminated wood made with sustainable materials and applied for the first time for a shopping center.
