The Hotel consists of a building equipped with a 24 H Reception. If you return after midnight, you can ring a bell outside the entrance and the staff on duty will let you in immediately, all this to guarantee you a safe night's sleep.

If you need to arrive earlier and the room is already free and clean, we will not have any problem giving you the key for free access immediately (direct reservations without intermediaries), but this happens on request and on availability during the same day of arrival. Even if you arrive late at night there is no problem, there is always a receptionist to welcome you and help you. We just ask you to inform us so that we know that you will arrive, even if late.
Check out by 12.00 am on the day of departure
For Guests who have booked directly (without intermediaries) by email, phone or through the official website of the hotel the check out can be done without extra charge until 13.30 (on request and check availability). All Guests are allowed free use of the luggage deposit at the Reception and it is always possible to ask to keep the room until 3:00 p.m. with a supplement of Euro 25,00 or until 8:00 p.m. with a supplement of Euro 50,00.
Pre-authorization by credit card for reservations with direct payment by the Customer
very reservation that requires a direct payment by the Customer at check-out must be guaranteed by credit card through a pre-authorization, i.e. a block of the amount due for the first night of stay or bank transfer at least for the amount of the first night (depending on the duration of the reservation). The pre-authorization will be made a few days before your arrival and will be released at the balance of your stay.
The guarantee required varies depending on the type of reservation made:
- Standard type reservation: it can be modified or cancelled until the day of arrival at h. 15:00 (direct reservation via email, telephone or official hotel website) must be guaranteed the amount of the first night of the stay with pre authorization on credit card or bank transfer, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. The actual payment of the entire stay will be made by the Client at check-out by the same credit card or another, with cash or cash. If you are not able to leave a credit card as guarantee we will ask you for the arrival time and the payment at the check-in of the whole stay. If you do not arrive within the time communicated to us without notice, we will consider ourselves free to resell your room. For bookings made through external Internet portals (e.g. Booking, Expedia etc.) the reservation can be modified or cancelled by 3 p.m. on the day before arrival or as specified on each booking portal.
- NON REFUNDABLE reservation (low cost): the receipt of the reservation authorizes the Hotel to charge the entire stay through a secure link that we will send you by email or sms where you will insert your credit card for the payment of the entire stay or by bank transfer on our IBAN that will be provided at the request of the reservation, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.
IMPORTANT! When the payment will be made by you, it will no longer be possible to have any refund in case of cancellation and/or modification. The discount offered for this type of reservation is in fact linked to the fact of prepayment of the stay without the possibility of cancellation/modification without penalty.
Early or Late check-out
If for any reason you need to leave one or more days before the scheduled check-out and you have booked directly with us with Standard booking you can notify us before 12:00 and you will not have any further charges other than those of the nights spent. If you have to inform us after 12:00 but before 13:30 we will ask you an extra charge of Euro 10,00 for the remake of the room at the departure rather than at the stop. After 13:30 we will charge the late check-out costs as indicated in the above paragraph on check-out. In case of non-refundable reservations you will not have any refund. In case of bookings through intermediaries you will have to modify/cancel always through the channel with which you booked.
room key
For security reasons, for your and our guarantee, every time you leave the Hotel, please hand over your room badge to the Reception desk. In case of loss of the electronic badge we will charge €5,00 per badge.
Lights
To activate the use of lights and electricity it is necessary to pass the badge (electronic room key) outside the entrance door and then insert it into the slot on the wall next to the entrance door to the room.
Electronic safe The use is free of charge
The operating procedure in each room is on the safe itself. Please be aware that the Hotel will not be held responsible for valuables left in the room. If necessary, a safe is also available at the Reception desk.
Heating/Conditioning system
The Hotel is equipped with a heating/cooling system with radiators placed in each room and in the common areas; the system is regulated according to the outside temperature directly from the Reception. It is possible to vary by 3 degrees more or less on the thermostat inside each room or turn off the fan-coil operation completely.
Television
Each room is equipped with a television positioned behind the mirror above the desk with free national and international Sky channels.

Inside each room you'll find a hairdryer. If you need a more powerful one, don't hesitate to ask us.
Room services
In each room there is a minibar with a small bottle of sparkling water and a natural one that you can consume at a cost of Euro 1,00 per bottle. For those who book directly the first bottle is included, for all companies that have an active agreement with us the water in the minibar is always included. In the Suite and Junior Suite you will find the complete minibar already included in the cost of the reservation. At the time of booking you can also choose to buy the Minibar package which includes: 1 coca-cola, 1 fanta, 1 bottle of natural water and a sparkling and 1 bottled beer for only 5 euros. If you want more to drink or eat, dial 9 from the phone in your room and you will be satisfied as soon as possible.All Superior rooms and the Suite have a kettle (only for water) for the preparation of instant tea/coffee already in the room and the double pillow placed inside the closet of the room.If you need these two things because you have a type of room that does not provide them or if you need anything else just ask us.
Room Cleaning
The cleaning service carries out daily cleaning of your room preferably when you are not in it or you can ask for it to be done at the times you indicate or not. It is possible to request a romantic setting before your arrival or for other occasions such as birthdays at an additional cost of Euro 15,00. Your room will be decorated with petals, candles and balloons on the occasion of what you want to celebrate.
Children
Available, subject to availability of free cots for your children. Children up to 6 years old staying in their parents' room in existing beds stay free of charge.Highchairs are available in the breakfast room.
WI-FI connection
Free WIFI connection, access the network menu on your mobile phone or laptop, choose the Hotel Delle Fiere network and follow the instructions that will ask you to enter some of your personal data. Italian law requires us to have the data of those who use the Internet for security purposes.
Breakfast
Schedule: from 6.30am to 11.30am from Tuesday to Friday.
From 7.00am to 11.30am Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
Our breakfast is completely handmade, all products are fresh and vary every day, Nevin and Roberto are waiting for you for a wonderful awakening.For various reasons not everyone eats everything, food choices, intolerances or allergies can make the difference between a good breakfast and fasting. If you or one of your companions has one of these needs, please let us know as quickly as possible, because it is one thing to warn at the last moment that you have different needs and risk having to eat something improvised, and another thing to know in time to be able to give instructions to the kitchen and have a great breakfast.

If you want something from the bar, you can ask for it 24/h a day. From 6:00pm, however, you will have our bar-woman at your disposal for delicious refreshing drinks, espresso dishes and aperitifs. For Guests who book directly with us we offer a welcome drink to be consumed during the evening of the day of arrival.
Restaurant
Our Restaurant is open in the evening from Monday to Thursday upon reservation. At your disposal we also have sandwiches, toast and other cold dishes. Ask the Reception for the menu of the week! Room service 24 hours a day. In case you prefer to go out we have conventions with different types of restaurants and pizzerias in the area, contact the Reception to request the type of cuisine you prefer. Remember that if you have apps like Deliveroo, Just Eat or others on your smartphone you can use them to have food brought directly to the hotel, drinks rates are much cheaper in hotels generally.
Four-legged friends
We have also thought about your 4-legged friend, ask in Reception for the Bau menu dedicated to your dog, organic products that will make him happy too!If you need a bowl do not hesitate to ask us.
At the end of your stay we ask for a one-off supplement of Euro 15,00 for extra cleaning in case of the presence of animals in the room. Upon arrival we will give you a regulation to read and sign to ensure everyone a peaceful and safe stay even with your pets.

In the lobby there is a PC corner that you can use to surf the Web. If you need prints and/or photocopies you can ask the Reception. The service may have a cost in case of many copies/prints.

The modern wellness & fitness center is available to the guests of the Hotel delle Fiere, with an entrance fee (€ 12,00 daily). Smoking
According to Italian law (art. 51 of Law no. 3 of 16 January 2003) smoking is not allowed in any common area of the Hotel.Smoking rooms are available on request/available.
Flowers service
Please contact the Reception desk by dialling "9" from the phone if you need to buy flowers.
Lost and Found
All the objects we find are bagged, registered and stored at least for the period of 6 months (required by Italian law). Should you have any doubt that you have left something with us, please contact us and we will check our database to see if it has been found. In case we have actually found it we can agree on the return together.
Parking
The hotel has unattended outdoor parking, available to guests free of charge for the entire period of stay.The hotel will not be liable for any loss, damage or theft of vehicles and/or objects contained in the vehicles.
Public Transports
The train station of Mozzate (railways and North) is reachable in 10 minutes on foot.
Emergency exits
Follow the GREEN emergency signs along the corridor leading to the emergency exits. An evacuation plan with all emergency exits is available in all rooms. Please locate the nearest emergency exit on the map. In case of fire do not use the elevators.
Tourist tax
At the moment ours is one of the few municipalities in Italy that does not require it!
Laundry Service
Inside the wardrobe of your room you will find a form with costs of external laundry service to fill in and sign and a convenient bag to use to store the clothes to be washed. If you deliver the items to be washed by 10 am at the Reception they will be ready for the same evening, otherwise they will be delivered the following day by 2 pm.If you need to iron your shirt or other garments do not hesitate to ask us for a free ironing board and iron.
Car, scooter or bicycle rental in the city
For information, location and booking please ask at the Reception. In any case, at Milan Malpensa Airport, at Terminal 1 floor -1 you will find all the main car rentals.
Banks
In the area there are several banks and several ATMs where you can conveniently pick up your car. For currency exchange we recommend you to go to the exchange offices inside the airports or in Milano City Center as almost no bank makes currency exchange without booking.

Several pharmacies in the vicinity and parapharmacies both in Mozzate and neighboring municipalities.
